Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked!


  • If you decide to cancel your subscription, Your plan will be canceled immediately and you will no longer be able to make use of our Premium Features.  ​


  • If you are eligible for a refund, or partial refund, and your refund is approved your credit card will be refunded automatically. 


  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

  • NRG is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.


Payments/Renewals:  To ensure that your Guidebook site remains live at all times, Plans are set to renew automatically at the end of your subscription period (monthly). If your subscription payment is past 30days delinquent your Guidebook will be deactivated until payments are current and your subscription is re-activated.


These NRG Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to herein as, these "NRG Enterprise Terms") are a legal agreement by and between NRG (hereinafter referred to as “NRG” or with "us" or "we") and each user of the NRG Enterprise Services (as defined hereunder) (hereinafter referred to herein as “you” or as a “User” and with “your”) and set forth the terms and conditions that will govern your use of any NRG Enterprise software application functionality or services provided by NRG via it's website (NRG Enterprise Services”).

In order to use any NRG Enterprise Services, you must agree to be bound by NRG Terms and these Enterprise Terms. Your purchase, access or use of the NRG Enterprise Services shall constitute Your acceptance of the NRG Terms and acknowledgement.


NRG Enterprise Services shall constitute a Renewing Paid Service, as such term is defined in NRG Terms. Unless you cancel auto-renewal option, such NRG Enterprise Services will automatically renew upon the end of the applicable subscription period, for a renewal period equal in time to the original subscription period (excluding extended periods) and, unless otherwise notified to you, at the same price (subject to applicable Taxes changes and excluding any discount or other promotional offer provided for the first period). If you wish to cancel your subscription please contact your dedicated support team.

Please note that in the event you terminate the NRG Enterprise Services you will remain bound by the NRG Terms.


Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Orders: Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. 

Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 14 days. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 20 days of approval, depending on your card policy.
